Two thumbs up for looking into using the former Montana Developmental Center administration building to house artisans. Perhaps their art could be put out for sale, a room or two dedicated to the building’s history, or sculptures placed on the grounds nearby. I’d send a check to help support such uses for this structure.
Regarding church posters being removed from the postal bulletin board, the solution may be to display notices behind a locked glass case. This would verify that the items were post office approved and prevent removal. Perhaps a Boy Scout could make one toward his Eagle award.
