Ten Jefferson High cross-country runners will compete in this year’s state championship meet on Saturday in Great Falls. Class B boys run at 11 am at the Eagle Falls golf course, while the girls start at noon.

At the last meet of the regular season meet, last Saturday in Townsend, Hyrum Parke finished in 19:15, Logan Gilmore in 19:39, Christian Davis in 21:03, and Brendan Gallagher in 23:29. Among the girls, Laurynn Armstrong led the lady Panthers with a time of 24:47, while Bella Abbott finished in 25:40, Izaro Torralbo in 30:24, and Quinne Shultz in 33:12.

All of those runners will compete in Great Falls, along with Katarina Oravcova and Hailee Stiles. They met the qualification cut-off of a 30-minute time for boys and 35 minutes for girls.
