The Animal Shelter and Care Committee, or AS&CC, hosted a spay and neuter clinic on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 10-11, at Jefferson High School. The AS&CC works with Spay Montana, with donations used to fund the next clinic. In all, the team spayed and neutered 102 cats over the two-day period. Since the veterinarian who was to perform the surgeries on the dogs had a last minute emergency, those appointments had to be rescheduled.
